• Computer Hardware Repairs - Fix any mechanical or electronic part failures inside the computer itself.
• Operating Systems - Enact repairs to the operating system. Correct corruption or configuration problems. We service all Microsoft Windows Operating Systems including: 95/98/Me/2000/XP/2003/Vista
• Application Software - Repair application software that might not be working correctly or is interfering [or being interfered] with other software. Will work directly with Software Vendors when appropriate.
• Networking - Design, Implement, and Troubleshoot computer networks--including multiple location networks such as Wide-Area Networks and VPNs [Virtual Private Networks] and wireless networking.
• Advanced Networking - Dedicated Servers, Domain Controllers, DHCP, DNS, NAS Devices, Raid/Arrays, Firewalls, Network Security, IIS 5-6, Terminal Services/Remote Desktop, Remote Access, Tape Backups, and all networking needs in a Windows-PC Network Environment.
• Broadband Internet Connections - Setup, Integration, and Troubleshooting.
• Viruses - Removal and Protection.
• Sales - Custom Computers built to match your needs and budget!

Labor Pay Schedule

• Basic Computer Repairs and Peer to Peer Networking - $90/hr. This covers the vast majority of our service calls!
• Advanced Networking Including Domains, DHCP, DNS, NAS Deployment, Remote Access, Firewall Configuration, Web & Email Servers - $125/hr.
• Data Recovery - $125/hr. [Most jobs completed in the first hour]
• Custom, Database, and Internet Programming - $125/hr.
